Brain Training to Transform Your Life

In RTT, the session itself is designed to hit "reset" by eliminating all the unconscious blocks that have been holding you back from being/doing what you want.
The problem is, most of us live our lives in DEFAULT mode. This means we're not really aware of what we're doing, we're just reacting to the circumstances and people around us in our habitual way.
Most of our behaviours, reactions, thoughts and beliefs and automatic. And they create literal pathways in the brain (called ‘Neural Pathways’). These are like an electrical circuit, which the brain automatically uses because it’s bigger and stronger due to years of use.
An analogy I like to use to explain this is a path in the snow that has been heavily used and is packed down to make a hard, easy to walk path.
Creating change – to stop doing the things you’ve always done, and being the person you’ve always been, requires creating NEW and different neural pathways.
Continuing with the ‘snow’ analogy, this would be like choosing NOT to take the easy path, but instead trudging through deep, fresh, powdery snow to create a new path. It takes effort at first, but the more you use it, the more packed down the snow gets and the easier it becomes until you have created a new path.
Meanwhile, whilst you’re NOT using the old pathway anymore, the snow begins to cover it and fill it in, until the new path becomes the easiest path. Now this path is your DEFAULT path – your automatic way of being.
So the bespoke recording – using all YOUR words and what YOU want from the session – is all about TRAINING your brain and CREATING new neural pathways to create the new you and your new life.
The human brain learns by repetition.
Science tells us that a new habit – contrary to old belief – takes 67 days of repetition to become fully automated. That’s a long time to repeat the same behaviour over and over in order for it to become the norm – our automatic way of being.
The recording is the way that RTT helps you to create your new life. By REMINDING you to CHOOSE the NEW path, not the old (automatic) one. And helping you PRACTICE and REHEARSE this new way of thinking and being and behaving.
The recording represents up to 40% of the efficacy of the therapy. We can eliminate all the unconscious blocks, but if your unchecked HABITS are causing you to think and behave the same old way, you can relapse. So you literally have to PRACTICE being the ‘new you’.
First notice when you’re slipping into old habits. Then DECIDE to change. REMEMBER the recording. REMEMBER what you want. And CHOOSE the new path, even if the snow is deep and the going is a bit tough to begin with.
It’s only 10 – 15 minutes at the most – every day. It’s up to you how often you listen, but the MINIMUM is once a day for 21 days, and I HIGHLY recommend doing it first thing in the morning so it sets the tone for your day, instead of letting the day drift by and then listening to it after the fact.
